Yes! All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices and regular audits. Your documents are isolated to your tenant and never shared with other users or used to train AI models.
Arepo uses advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to provide accurate answers based on your documents. Every answer includes source citations so you can verify the information. While our accuracy rate is 95%+, we recommend verifying critical information.
Yes! You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time. Deleted documents are removed from our systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we handle issues on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support@arepo.cloud and we'll work with you.

Arepo will honestly tell you if it can't find relevant information in your documents. This helps you identify gaps in your documentation. You can then upload additional documents or rephrase your question.
