Your use of this service is subject to [COMPANY NAME]'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Required Customizations
- [COMPANY NAME] — Your legal business name (appears three times).
- Terms of Service link — Link to your published terms of service.
- Privacy Policy link — Link to your published privacy policy.
Placement Guidance
- Display at the start of a new session or during onboarding, before users interact with the AI.
- Consider an acknowledgment checkbox: "I understand I am interacting with an AI assistant."
- For web widgets, this can appear as a welcome message or footer notice.
- For mobile or desktop applications, include during account creation or first launch.
Optional Additions
Depending on your use case, consider adding:
- A data retention statement: "Conversation history is retained for [X days] and may be reviewed to improve service quality."
- A human escalation notice: "For urgent matters requiring human assistance, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL/PHONE]."

This template governs the relationship between you (the Arepo client) and your end users. It is separate from the agreement between you and Arepo, which is governed by Arepo's Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
